5 Stars

The Prince of Denmark, Hamlet’s, father was murdered by his uncle, Claudius. Claudius married Hamlet’s mother, Queen Gertrude. The ghost of Hamlet’s father came back and told him to avenge him, though in avenging his death he accidently kills Polonius. Polonius’ son, Laertes, wants to avenge him now. Claudius also wants revenge on Hamlet, too. Claudius tricks Laertes to fence Hamlet with a poisoned sword. Laertes and Hamlet end up poisoning each other by switching swords. Claudius made a drink that had poison for Hamlet in case Hamlet survived the sword, but his mother drank it for Hamlet and died.

Hamlet then decided to kill Claudius with the rest of the drink. Right before Hamlet died, he asked his friend, Horatio, to tell the kingdom, to tell everyone how his father truly died.
