The main characters George Milton and Lennie Small are workers who move from farm to farm during the Great Depression. George is a small but intelligent man, while Lennie is a large, mentally disabled man. The two acquire a dream of owning their own piece of land with colorful rabbits and lots of animals. They end up at a farm, working with the boss, Curley; Curley’s wife, Candy, and many more as they discover unknown truths about each other. This book was a fantastic read.
