This program is a make-up from the cancelled February Valentine Wreath program. For any remaining openings, registration for Babylon patrons begins at the Circulation Desk Thursday, March 16. Out of district residents may begin to register Thursday, March 30. A valid library card is required for registration. One person per library card. No online registration. No walk-ins.
