Design your own seashore influenced wall hanging as designer Diana Conklin shows you how to handle and decorate starfish and seashells with hand colored dried flowers that come from her own garden.
There is a non-refundable fee of $5.00 due at registration.

Registration for Babylon patrons begins at the Circulation desk Thursday, April 14. Out of district residents may begin to register Thursday, April 28. A valid library card is due for registration. One person per library card. No online registration. No walk-ins.
