Chef Rob will demonstrate how to add some flare to your vegetable dishes with parmesan crusted Yukon gold potatoes; roasted tomatoes stuffed with Gorgonzola, garlic, and herbs; and Panko and thyme roasted yellow squash. Samples will be served.
