Margaret Johnson, the author of 11 cookbooks on the cuisine of Ireland, will discuss the transformation of Irish food from traditional breads and puddings to modern desserts, citing examples from her current series “Flavors of Ireland”.
Ms. Johnson’s book will be available for sale and signing. This program is cosponsored by the Friends of the Babylon Library.
