There’s nothing like the smell of homemade bread as autumn approaches. Guy Gagliano of the Swan Bakery will guide you in this hands-on class, where you’ll learn to make your own delicious bread. Each participant will go home with two loaves, ready to pop into their home oven and enjoy later.
This program is for Adults only.
Registration for Babylon patrons begins online, by phone, or at the Circulation Desk Thursday, August 13. A valid library card is required for registration. One person per library card.
