While traveling the country, entering cooking contests, champion chef Brian Collins has discovered a distinct difference between Long Island’s version of barbequed food and that prepared by the rest of the country. Tonight, he’ll explain the difference and show you how to prepare a few of the authentically “down home” BBQ items he’s come across.
There is a non-refundable fee of $5.00 due at registration.
