Welcome spring with a teacup full of flowers as floral designer Irene Morgan shows you how to arrange beautiful spring flowers in a dainty teacup that will make a lovely centerpiece.
There is a non-refundable fee of $5.00 due at registration.
Please remember to bring your own teacups.

Registration for Babylon patrons begins at the Circulation Desk Thursday, April 14. A valid library card is required for registration. One person per library card. Registrants must be present to create and take home a floral arrangement. One centerpiece per person. No online registration. No walk-ins.
