Local artist and educator Kathy Cunningham will teach you how to shade, blend, and layer with colored pencils to produce works so realistic they look as if they were painted. Unlike paints, however, you can do this anywhere.
Colored pencils will be provided, but if you’d like to bring your own, a small set of Prismacolor pencils is recommened.
Bring a few small items you’d like to draw, such as fruit, ceramics, or stuffed animals.
This program is for Adults only.
Registration for Babylon patrons begins online, by phone, or at the Circulation Desk Thursday, April 14. Out of district residents may begin to register Thursday, April 28. A valid library card is required for registration. One person per library card. No walk-ins.
