Certified Fishing Guide Bernie Hoyt will explore basic surf fishing techniques and strategies that local anglers can use to find fish along our coastal beaches and bays. Each patron present will receive a raffle ticket giving them a chance to win a Free 3 Hour Guided Session for one angler.

Registration for Babylon patrons begins online, by phone, or at the Circulation Desk Thursday, February 12. Out of district residents may begin to register Thursday February 26. A valid library card is required for registration. One person per library card.
